Executive Team
Our executive team provides leadership to the organization and holds regular virtual meetings monthly. The team is composed of the President, VP of Programs, VP of Membership, VP of Marketing & Communication, VP of Technology / Web Administrator, Treasurer, and Secretary/Historian.
Devin Stack - President
Devin specializes in People Analytics and is interested in demonstrating ROI on organizational development programs. He holds a Master's Degree in I/O Psychology from University at Albany, SUNY. Currently, he works in BCG's People and Organization Practice, and supports initiatives such; as talent location strategies, multivariate survey analysis, and workforce skills planning. Previously, he has work experience as an outdoor education trainer and HRIS analyst.
Devin is new to the Boston Area and is always in need of recommendations! Running trails, unique grocery stores, and punk venues are preferred!
Ryan McCreedy - VP of Programs
Ryan McCreedy is a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Slalom Consulting where he specializes in bringing evidence-based approaches to talent and organizational development initiatives at Fortune 100 companies in the Boston area, as well as co-leading behavioral experiments with the Slalom HabLab, in partnership with the Wharton Neuroscience Initiative. Outside of consulting, Ryan actively conducts research on organizational behavior and psychology while assisting multiple graduate courses as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard Extension School. His interests in business and leadership are further exemplified by previously founding a start-up, serving as Program Chair & Lecturer with the Leadership Fairfax Emerging Leaders Institute, lecturing to GMU undergraduates and William & Mary MBA students, and his founding of the Harvard Extension Student Management and Finance Club.
Ryan holds a B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from George Mason University, an A.L.M Degree in Management and Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School, and is currently a doctoral candidate at William James College, concentrating on the intersection of neuroscience and organizational psychology in the Psy.D. of Leadership Psychology program.
Jacquie Gordon - VP of Marketing & Communication
Jacquie was most recently a performance marketer at The Trade Desk, a high growth tech company, where she held a number of roles and led various strategic marketing initiatives. She built a new global function on the marketing team, managed all paid advertising (email, social, search) channels, and ran the corporate website. Prior to The Trade Desk, Jacquie spent two years in a rotational program at Burger King Corporation, where she held various roles across operations, finance, and marketing. Jacquie holds an undergraduate BSBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis, in Marketing and Psychology.
Throughout her career, Jacquie has navigated diverse organizational structures and cultures, leading cross-functional teams through change and uncertainty, and has had significant exposure to organizational ineffectiveness. These experiences, combined with her deep interest in individual and group motivation, have led her to pursue a master’s degree in I/O Psychology. She is currently a candidate for an A.L.M Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard Extension School. While Jacquie completes her degree part-time, she is searching for her next opportunity in the I/O and consulting fields.
Jacquie is new to the Boston area and is excited to be a part of the BayState IO community. She is always open to restaurant recommendations, running routes, or fun happenings around Boston.
Rachel Slayton - VP of Member Experience
Rachel is an organizational development consultant and HR practitioner. She specializes in talent strategy consulting, recruiting, and project management. Rachel has worked with a diverse range of organizations including early-stage startups, non-profits, and higher education institutions. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Anthropology from Brandeis University and a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from William James College.
Janell Saville - Secretary / Historian
Janell brings over 25 years of diverse experience in Operations, Sales, Strategy, and Technology, having been an early joiner at two startup tech businesses as well as many years of experience in large international organizations. She is a veteran and was proud to have served in the U.S Army. She is completing her master's degree in I/O Psychology at Harvard Extension School, set to graduate in December 2024. Passionate about improving workplace environments, Janell is eager to apply evidence-based psychological approaches to organizational challenges. With a strong background in Project Management, she is committed to effectively organizing and advancing the strategic initiatives of Baystate IO.
Kevin Lambert - Treasurer
For over 17 years Kevin has worked in a variety of roles including direct services, program development and leadership in addition to developing and facilitating training courses and workshops on a variety of topics. His primary focus has been on the military, veteran, and law enforcement communities through work within the government, non-profit, and academia settings. Through his company, Eagle Eye Consulting & Training, Kevin looks forward to continuing his work supporting the military, veteran, and law enforcement communities while at the same time collaborating with private sector companies on projects including organizational development, change management, delivery of trainings and workshops, and consultation services in a variety of areas. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Human Services and a Master of Art in Organizational Psychology from William James College.
